All areas of the hotel are wheel chair accessible, we have 4 rooms specially equipped for guests with restricted mobility, all 4 looking North -West at the majestik Balcan Mountain and the rose valleys.
These rooms feature additional grab rails and drop down shower seats, drop down support rails are also fitted by the toilets.

Classic Restaurant
Our main classical restaurant offers a rich selection of buffet dishes for both breakfast and dinner. Breakfast stars from 07:30-10:00, dinner starts from 19:00-00:00. In between these hours our classic restaurant invites every guest to try our exquisite A-la-card menu. It is open for both guest of the hotel and outside customers.

The Grand Lobby
Our lobby bar is situated in the atrium of the hotel with capacity of 50 people. It is open every day starting from 07:00 until 00:00. Looking for an expresso? No better place in town.

Mezzanine Lounge
Mezzanine Lounge is a tranquil bar located on the 3rd floor in our main building. It offers a huge variety if world-class, boutique whiskeys and cigars. The lounge consists of a rooftop terrace which is currently closed for renovation.

Pool Bar
Pool Bar located in the garden area in close proximity to our main pool area. Provides waiter service to guests in the garden and around the pool area. Serves freshly made sandwiches , cocktails and cold beverages.

For over a year our event facility has hosted some of the most notable corporate, social & cultural events from Bulgaria & overseas. With over 100 sq. meters of space, events of any scale can be accommodated from a small meeting to a multinational conference, festive banquets or hi-impact product launches.
